Shipping policy

Please do not accept delivery of any product items if packaging is found to be defective. Upon acceptance of delivery, buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of the items in good order and condition. Goods are at the buyer's risk after acceptance of delivery.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

For standard shipping, delivery lead time is typically around 2 to 5 working days considering regular weather conditions. Courier companies typically used include Xend, Fastrack, Lalamove, Grab Delivery, and LBC.  Should delivery address be in a remote location, advance notice is needed and an adjustment in lead time may be necessary.

Shipping costs vary depending on location, product weight, delivery lead time, and choice of courier provider. Shipping fee is estimated and added to the bill upon checkout of product items.

 

HOW DO YOU HANDLE BULK DELIVERIES?

For bulk deliveries, orders are sometimes separated into several small packages and delivered separately. Tracking numbers for each individual parcel will be shared with the buyer.
