Akuperm Neutralizer is a formulated to complement Akuperm Professional Hair Waving Lotion 1 and 2 to ensure the stability of resulting curls.
How to use: Prior to application, please wear suitable gloves. Using an applicator bottle, measure the same quantity of Akuperm Neutralizer as that of the Akuperm Waving Lotion used. Using 2/3 of the measured Akuperm Neutralizer, apply and thoroughly saturate the wound curlers, leave on for 10 minutes. Apply the remaining Akuperm Neutralizer to the ends of hair, leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly and towel dry hair.
